Market Permission Quest
This is a weekly repeatable quest where you can obtain Market Permission to use the market system.
How to start?
- Visit King Tibianus in Thais and say:
Hifollowed bypermission. - The king will request that you get a signature from the dwarven miner Durim Rockbiter.
- Durim Rockbiter can be found somewhere in the dwarf mines – he changes location daily.
- Once found, speak to him about the permission.
- Then, take the signed permission to Queen Eloise in Carlin to finalize the process.

Quest Repeatability
Once completed, you will receive Market Permission and can use the market for the next 7 days. After that, you must complete the quest again to renew your permission.
